“Big G really sold themselves. Only thing I had to do was tell the drivers what we had to offer. I have worked for several trucking companies and Big G Express is really the best company I have seen,” said Arlie Brewington.
Terry Conquest, Big G Express recruiting/retention manager, says that the carrier is always looking for ways to give back to its drivers. “Our driver referral programs do just that. Drivers like Arlie are sharing all the good things about Big G with other drivers which helps us keep our advertising cost down and in turn we are able to give back to our drivers those dollars that we would have spent through traditional advertising,” says Conquest.
