If you are terminated from a company without even driving a mile for them, and you did not fail their drug test, 1) does the 2010 FMCSA allow them to put something other than terminated when it is just their policy decision? 2) what is that company allowed to say when called by another Carrier.
3) what would be a good reply when asked by another Carrier "why were you terminated"
