SRT has the drivers in mind with home time policies set up of:
- 2 weeks out = 2 days home time
- 3 weeks out = 4 days home time
- 4 weeks out = 5 days home time
- 5 weeks out = 6 days home time
- 6 weeks out = 7 days home time
This is in addition to:
- Pay commensurate with experience
- TripPak Express with TripPak Scanning to terminal
- Weekly pay via Comdata or direct deposit
- In cab email options thru Qualcomm
- Layover pay
- Detention pay after 2 hours paid up to 8 hours at $16 per hour

- Hazmat pay - .05 cent more per mile for hauling placarded loads

Summer Placement pay:
