Country Singer/Truck Driver Joey Holiday to Perform, Drivers and Industry Leaders to Attend

WHAT: The Trucker and the North Little Rock Petro proudly present the 5th Annual Driver Appreciation Cookout. The day will be highlighted by a free cookout, games, giveaways and free concerts by Joey Holiday and T.C. Bush.

IdleAire Technologies, who leads the industry with their in-cab services and idling solutions, will be on-hand with their show truck for demonstrations. In addition, IdleAire's spokesperson and country music superstar, Trace Adkins, will be announcing the winner of his Las Vegas Flyaway Contest via Sirius Satellite radio, whose Road Dog Trucking Radio program will be broadcast throughout the event. One lucky winner will receive a Sirius Satellite radio with one-year paid subscription.

INTERVIEW OPPORTUNITIES: Reporters will have the opportunity to interview drivers and industry leaders. They can speak to the effect that gas prices and driver shortages have made on the industry.

PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES: Drivers will be at the event with their "big rigs" and a stage will be set up for the concert featuring Joey Holiday and T.C. Bush. IdleAire's show truck will feature demos of the IdleAire system.
